We had a wonderful time in France, and just wanted to thank you for all your help with the flowers and hair, and of course for the ceremony itself, which you orchestrated beautifully. You took an awful lot of the normal stress that goes hand-in-hand with planning a wedding away from us, so we could just enjoy the day without worrying. All of your tips and advice beforehand were so helpful and your presence on the day was very calming. All the family commented on how great you were and how lucky we were to find you!

Thanks again - we had a great day and a great time in France. We would definitely recommend Festive France as a wedding planner. Because we were coming from Canada, we were a little hesitant to trust a company we found on the internet. But we had amazing service - Nathalie and Jo scouted out different towns and hotels for our venue.

They even went above and beyond by reserving a tuxedo rental and giving me names of recommended hair salons. Our day was fun and stress-free. We were very happy with our choice!

I first saw the Festive France team at the National Wedding Show in February 2007. My French fiancé and I were organising our wedding in the Yonne region and so I kept Festive France’s details ‘just in case’.

We had already selected a venue for our wedding, but we were quickly running out of time and needed a little extra help with the finer details of the day. I remembered the card I got at the wedding show and thanks to a really thorough initial phone consultation with Jo, we were confident to ask her to source the band, hairdresser and transport for our guests. And she managed to do so in what seemed like record time!
As I couldn’t meet with the hairdresser, Yamina, prior to the wedding day, she came over to the hotel the night before to discuss styles. She was able to work round my hat (not a usual veil and headpiece!) and she understood what my bridesmaids wanted – two of whom don’t speak French.
On the day, Yamina was really professional and friendly and even helped mix the right shade of lipstick for one of the bridesmaids.
To pick the music, we were given a list of bands and were able to look at websites for each, which made decision really simple. At the reception the band was really good fun and played a great selection of French and English songs which the mixed crowd really appreciated.

Thank you so much for taking on some of the stress of the organisation and managing to work so quickly!

I can't say Thank you enough to all of you for your help and hard work at the wedding. We had such a lovely time, better than we imagined, and the relaxed atmosphere was definitely down to you being there and therefore Rob and I knowing we could thoroughly relax and enjoy ourselves.
We had so many people say how beautiful and well conducted the ceremony was, which was all down to your direction Jo!
Thank you Nathalie for all your hard work co-ordinating the day, my Mum told me you were 'bloody brilliant' downstairs in the grand galerie getting everything ship shape and I would also like to Thank you Agnes for your calming influence in the bedroom when we were getting ready! I'm sure there's lots of things you did behind the scenes too that we were unaware.

Rob and I both agree that Festive France was the best bit of money we spent throughout the wedding.

Thank You so much for everything, we had a very very special day. From the moment you replied to my query re a celebrant in France you have been nothing but helpful, friendly, and supportive. It has always been about what we want rather than "what we had to have" which was exactly the reason for having the blessing in France.
